With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I have built a career rooted in strategic investment, operational efficiency, and disciplined asset management. I have been a licensed Realtor in Florida since 2010 and the Broker/Owner of The Home Agency since 2014. My journey in real estate began at 20 as a loan officer in the subprime mortgage sector, giving me early insights into financing structures and market cycles. Since 2010, I have actively invested in real estate, acquiring, flipping, and holding over $8 million in residential properties across Florida, Vermont, and Connecticut.

Since 2020, my primary focus has been multifamily real estate and large-scale asset management. I am currently a Limited Partner (LP) in 762 multifamily units and a Joint Venture (JV) partner in 105 units, leveraging my expertise to maximize operational efficiencies and drive asset appreciation. Additionally, I co-own a 73-site RV park with four cabins, diversifying my portfolio with alternative asset classes.

I excel at optimizing asset performance, working closely with property managers, and implementing strategies to enhance NOI and long-term value creation. I hold a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Business Administration from FIU. Beyond real estate, I am passionate about travel, hosting unforgettable gatherings, and navigating the journey of business and life alongside my partner of 18 years.
